Woman killed by wolves left behind vivid blog of Alaska life

Candice Berner, 32, arrived in Alaska last August to teach school in the isolated villages of the Alaska Peninsula. For the next five months she introduced readers to the wonders of living in a world where people still ate what they hunted. A week ago, she was killed when wolves attacked her while she was running on a remote road.
