Are you ready for some football with your 2016 Republican presidential politics?
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker reacted Wednesday to speculation that New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, a longtime Dallas Cowboys fan, might show up Sunday to cheer his team – against Walker’s Green Bay Packers. Both governors are possible 2016 presidential candidates.
Christie Sunday was on national television hugging Cowboys owner Jerry Jones after Dallas’ dramatic victory over the Detroit Lions, and will be pulling for the Cowboys again Sunday.
So Walker responded by tweeting a picture of a Packers fan wearing a cheesehead hat. “This is the type of owner I’ll be looking to hug after a Packers win on Sunday,” Walker tweeted.
