Hollywood meets Washington this weekend as the White House Correspondents Association rolls out the red carpet for its annual dinner honoring the work of its members.
About 2,700 people attended Saturday evening's event, which was also followed closely on social networks.
The President's approval rating for his speech was higher than the instant reviews for comedian Conan O'Brien. Perhaps the most popular part of the evening was the "House of Nerds" video with actor Kevin Spacey, featuring journalists jockeying over seating assignments.
