South Carolina will have finally 2016 campaign visits from every member of Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton’s immediate family when her daughter, Chelsea, swings through the state for the first time this weekend.
Chelsea Clinton will attend rallies in Rock Hill and Spartanburg before addressing Clemson University's Program in Women's Leadership, Hillary Clinton’s campaign said.
Former President Bill Clinton will make his S.C. campaign debut at a rally Wednesday at Allen University in Columbia.
Chelsea and Bill Clinton have campaigned in Iowa and New Hampshire — two of the three states holding presidential races before South Carolina. Bill Clinton has campaigned in Nevada, the third state ahead of South Carolina’s Feb. 27 primary.
In South Carolina on Saturday, Chelsea Clinton will speak at the Kenneth Monroe Transformation Center in Rock Hill at 11 a.m., Converse College in Spartanburg at 2:15 p.m. and Clemson at 4:30 p.m.
