Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that he would be live tweeting Tuesday’s vice presidential debate at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia.
Within minutes of the 9pm start, the unscripted version of Trump was unleashed on social media.
After complimenting his running mate Mike Pence and Democrat Tim Kaine on their appearance, Trump immediately charged Kaine with lying.
"@RoadkingL: @mike_pence Wow, Kaine couldn't go 12 seconds without a lie. Marines and military are scared of the liar running. #bengazi"

.@mike_pence is doing a great job - so far, no contest!

Most of Trump’s rapid-fire tweets were mentions by fellow supporters and graphics making policy arguments. One supporter likened Kaine to a Batman villain, and Trump re-tweeted them.
"@Jnelson52722: @realDonaldTrump @Susiesentinel Kaine looks like an evil crook out of the Batman movies"
