Hillary Clinton's way ahead in the race for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination and the Republican field is scrambled with no clear front-runner, according to a new Fox News poll.
The April 13-15 survey found that among Democrats, the former Secretary of State was far ahead with 69 percent. Vice President Joe Biden trailed with 15 percent and Sen. Elizaveth Warren of Massachusetts was next at 6 percent.
Republicans were led by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie at 15 percent, trailed by former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, each with 14 percent.
Behind them were House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, 9 percent; Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, 8 percent; Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, 7 percent and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal and former Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania, 5 percent.
In head to head matchups, Clinton wins with 50 percent or more when pitted against Christie, Bush and Paul.
The poll was conducted by Anderson Robbins Research and Shaw & Company. It included a national sample of 1,012 registered voters, and full samples have a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
