Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., traded in South Beach for Downing Street for part of his Thanksgiving congressional recess as the potential 2016 Republican presidential candidate arrived in London Monday for a three-day visit.
Rubio, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations and Intelligence committees, will deliver a speech Tuesday hosted by Chatham House, a British think tank, and the Legatum Institute. He'll also meet with British government officials to discuss the transatlantic alliance, according to his Washington office.
