University of Miami President Donna Shalala isn't interested in returning to Washington to become secretary of the Health and Human Services Department.
''No chance,'' Shalala told Miami television station WFOR-CBS 4.
Shalala, who held the same post during the Clinton administration, had been rumored to be on several short lists for posts in the Obama administration.
Shalala, 67, had said this week through her spokeswoman that she's happy at UM, which she has led since 2001.
