Barack Obama's new campaign chief of staff is from Idaho

Presidential hopeful Barack Obama's new campaign chief of staff, Jim Messina, has deep Idaho roots. Messina, 38, was born in Denver but his family moved to Boise when he was 3. Messina, who got involved in politics while in college in Montana, has made a name for himself in state and national politics over the past 15 years.
