Round-up of daily Violence in Iraq - Tuesday 28 July 2009

On Monday midnight, gunmen attacked a branch of Al-rafedain Bank in Karrada neighborhood killing eight guards and robbing eight billion Iraqi dinars (about 7 million US dollar ).

Four civilians were wounded by two roadside bombs that targeted a police patrol in Doura neighborhood in south Baghdad around 12 p.m.

Eight people were killed and 17 others were wounded by a motorcycle bomb in New Baghdad neighborhood in east Baghdad around 7 p.m.
