Gunmen attacked a police checkpoint in alJamia'a neighborhood in west Baghdad on Sunday morning killing two policemen. Four policemen were killed the same way during the last two days.

Two civilians were killed and 13 others were wounded when a bomb detonated inside a cafe in Abo Disheer neighborhood in south Baghdad on Sunday evening.


Gunmen attacked a policeman and his mother while they were in a market place in downtown Mosul city on Saturday afternoon killing the policeman and injuring his mother.

Two policemen were injured when explosives experts were trying to defuse a car bomb in downtown Mosul city on Saturday evening.

Gunmen killed a policeman while he was in a checkpoint in Faisaliyah area in east Mosul around 1 p.m.

A civilian was killed and four others were injured by a roadside bomb that detonated in Jomhuriyah Street in downtown Mosul city around 1 p.m.
