- Around 9 a.m. a parked car bomb targeted Shiite pilgrims in Shaab neighborhood north east Baghdad killing six civilians and injuring ten others.
- Around 6 p.m. a roadside bomb targeted civilians in Zafaraniyah neighborhood injuring five civilians.
