Baghdad
4 pilgrims were wounded when gunmen attacked them in AlBo’etha area south Baghdad around 7,30 am.
6 pilgrims were injured when gunmen attacked them in Mahmoudiyah town south Baghdad around 7,45 am.
A civilian was killed and 3 others wounded in a parked car bomb explosion in Sheikh Omar neighborhood downtown Baghdad around 10,30 am.
Gunmen broke in the office of Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council (SIIC) in Kadhemiyah neighborhood north Baghdad around 5,00 pm and kidnapped 4 guys and burnt the office.
Gunmen broke in the mosque of Haj Isma’il in Qahira neighborhood north Baghdad around 5,00 pm killing 3 men and kidnapping another 3 men.
5 people killed and 20 injured in clashes between gunmen and guards of an office of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council (SIIC) in Habibiyah neighborhood east Baghdad. The clashes broke out around 6,00 pm and still ongoing.
Gunmen attacked the office of SIIC in Amil neighborhood southwest Baghdad around 7,30. The clashes stills ongoing and no casualties reported.
Gunmen attacked the office of the SIIC in Husseiniyah town north Baghdad around 7,30 Pm. No casualties reported.
Police found 13 unidentified bodies in Baghdad today. 9 bodies were found in Karkh, the western side of Baghdad in the following neighborhoods (2 bodies in Amil, 2 bodies in Hurriyah, 2 bodies in Saidiyah, 1 body in Mahmoudiyah, 1 body in Ghazaliyah and 1 body in Shoala.) 4 bodies were found in Rusafa, the eastern side of Baghdad in the following neighborhoods (2 bodies in Qahira, 1 body in Ur and 1 body in Sadr city.)
Kirkuk
Gunmen opened fire wounding a civilian near Al Rasheed bank branch in Hawija town west Kirkuk yesterday afternoon.
Gunmen opened fire wounding a policeman working for the minister of electricity while he was in his car with his wife near Al Noor Al Kabeer mosque in Kirkuk early morning today.
Karbala
52 people were killed and 206 injured in clashes between gunmen and security forces near the shrine of Imam Hussein and Imam Abbas in the center of Karbala city south of Baghdad. The authorities imposed curfew in the city since 7,00 pm until further notice.
