KENNEWICK, Wash. _ In the harried world of holiday shopping, security guards at the Columbia Center mall this season will be rising above.
And saving gas.
The mall recently put into service a T3 Series law enforcement vehicle _ a three-wheeled, battery-powered device with a nine-inch-high platform that allows riders to see above car tops and maneuver on a zero-degree turning radius.
