Americans more apt to discuss sex than credit card debt

Here's a good one: Americans apparently are more likely to talk about sex than credit card debt with someone they just met.

Credit: Eight of 10 adults (82 percent) are reluctant to openly discuss their credit card debts, according to the poll, conducted by GfK Roper Public Affairs and Media for CreditCards.com, an Austin-based consumer credit information site.

Sex: 78 percent of respondents said they were somewhat or highly unlikely to broach the topic of their personal relationship.
