Having fun in Kansas, paying to set fires on the prairie

People pay to ride along with storm chasers, hoping to see a tornado up close.

They check into dude ranches for the chance to live like cowboys for a few days. Others spend hours picking grapes and then watching vineyard workers use them to make Kansas wine.

So why not shell out $120 to burn the Kansas prairie like a farmer or rancher does, to stand so close to the fire you can hear it crackle and feel the heat on your face?
