Afghan Mohammed Akhtiar, ISN 1036, was captured when U.S. soldiers raided the house where he was staying in May 2003. He arrived in Guantanamo in July 2003 and was released December 2006.

Pakistani Mohammed Sagheer, ISN 143, was detained by Northern Alliance in November 2001  Between Kunduz and Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan. He arrived in Guantanamo in early 2002 and was released late 2002.
