Co-director of the Campaign for America's Future. Robert L. Borosage is a veteran of liberal causes dating to 1974, when he helped found the Center for National Security Studies that fought abuses by U.S. intelligence agencies. He worked in the 1980s to against the nuclear arms race and U.S. policy in Central America and has advised such candidates as Jesse Jackson, Barbara Boxer and Paul Wellstone.

Eli Pariser is the executive director of MoveOn.org Political Action, the fund-raising political action committee affiliated with moveon.org. He joined Moveon in 2001, three years after it was founded in opposition to the impeachment of Bill Clinton. Moveon.org has grown to more than 3 million members, and its political action committee raises millions of dollars for liberal candidates.

Markos Moulitsas Zúniga, also known as Kos, is the creator of the Dailykos.com website.  Born in Chicago to a Salvadoran mother and Greek father, his family spent time in El Salvador before fleeing threats from Communist guerillas. He served in the Army in Germany and eventually settled in San Francisco, where he started the liberal website in 2002 in opposition to the Bush administration. The site now draws more than 600,000 hits a day, and contributions from the likes of Jimmy Carter, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.
