MIAMI — A mother who faces charges of trying to sell her baby was told Tuesday she could visit him and her two other children.
Kenia Quiala Bosque will be permitted two-hour visits three times a week with her children, Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Michael Hanzman ruled.
The first visit will take place Wednesday under the supervision of Florida’s Department of Children and Families. Bosque hasn’t seen her children — who range from 9 months to 8 years old — since Dec. 4, when she was arrested at her Opa-locka apartment by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
According to police, the 30-year-old mother offered her youngest son to an acquaintance from Monroe County, where she used to live, for $7,000 in cash.
The acquaintance tipped off authorities, who recorded several of Bosque’s phone conversations.
