O'FALLON — Police are investigating the possibility that a 14-year-old girl and 15-year-old girl were raped after what investigators describe as an underage drinking party got out of hand.
The girls are believed to have voluntarily accepted the alcohol, which they drank June 20 with a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old boy until they were completely incoherent, Police Chief John Betten said.
The girls told police that they were uncertain of what happened that night because of their extreme intoxication.
