Governors plead for help from Obama over pork (the edible kind)

Nine governors sent a letter today to President Barack Obama requesting he take action to pull the U.S. pork producers out of two years of economic troubles.

"Today, the pork industry is facing an economic crisis that is catastrophic in nature," the governors wrote.

The governors signing the letter were from Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
