Commentary: Burr a diehard defender of tobacco

Up in Washington, U.S. Sen. Richard Burr is staging a slowdown on behalf of smoking, stalling a widely supported bill that would let the Food and Drug Administration regulate the tobacco industry. However, It's a good thing North Carolina's U.S. senators aren't likely to have their way on tobacco regulation.
