FBI serves 40 warrants in search of WikiLeaks 'hacktivists'

The FBI statement announcing the search warrants was the first indication that the U.S. intends to prosecute the so-called "hacktivists" for a series of computer attacks on websites of businesses that stopped providing services to WikiLeaks last month. Such distributed denial of service attacks are punishable by 10 years in prison.
