Incoming, outgoing presidents offer dueling fixes for economy

The incoming and outgoing presidents Saturday urged solutions to the country's economic crisis that were worlds apart. Obama promised a sweeping, New Deal-like plan to jump-start the economy. Bush, meeting with international leaders in Peru, warned against government intervention in free markets after overseeing the largest government financial interventions in U.S. history.
