As nights cool down, homeless families in California desperate for shelter

"For the first time in 20 years, we are seeing at least one family every day walk through the door who slept outside the night before," Connie Frank, director of Maryhouse, a Sacramento day program for homeless families, said. "We are talking about people with kids, toddlers, babies."
