Who could oppose helping Haiti? Turns out Ron Paul could

The U.S. House recently voted for a resolution "expressing condolences to and solidarity with the people of Haiti" by 411 to 1. The single "no" vote was Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, whose penchant for being the sole vote on noncontroversial legislation has earned the ob/gyn the title "Dr. No."
