'Nation's Report Card' shows some progess in reading, math

The Department of Education releases the National Assessment of Educational Progress, the only national look at what students are able to do in math and reading across the country in grades 4 and 8. There's a little progress nationwide, and it varies a lot by states. For the first time, the information is in an online graphic that's easy to use.
