Alaska's Don Young the last of a breed on Capitol Hill

Last week, Alaska's lone representative in the House, Don Young, attended his first State of the Union speech since 1974. He was grinning ear to ear. And why not? He'd been cleared of a federal criminal investigation that had made him a pariah among his fellow Republicans.
