New study: Obama health care won't boost spending much

The health care overhaul law will add just 0.2 percent to the already expected increase in health costs over the next decade — and will slow the annual rise in Medicare spending by 1.4 percent. The study was undertaken by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the federal agency that oversees Medicare.
