Health care opponents target Utah judgeship in latest salvo

The nomination of Rep. Jim Matheson's brother Scott to a vacant judgeship in Utah is the latest talking point for conservatives who oppose the president's health care overhaul proposals. They say Scott Matheson's selection is blatant attempt to buy Matheson's vote. But both of Utah's Republican senators praise the pick.
