On 9/11, remembering Lt. Cmdr. Otis Vincent Tolbert

Lt. Cmdr. Otis Vincent Tolbert, a naval intelligence officer, was killed in the Pentagon on 9/11. He's buried at Arlington National Cemetery, amid his Pentagon brethren who also died that day. In the years since, Tolbert has been honored in different ways, in many different places.
