Should a ban on texting while driving become next crusade?

In a Harris Interactive/Intel survey, 28 percent of adults admit to typing while driving, and 8 percent said they do it often. Other studies show texting has become a menace on the road. Yet only 14 states prohibit texting while driving — while a whole generation of drivers has become hooked on instant communication.
