Bad day for Sanford: S.C. lawmakers overturn 10 vetoes, go home for year

South Carolina lawmakers overturned all 10 of Gov. Mark Sanford's vetoes Tuesday, creating laws that would limit the number of payday loans, allow lawmakers to choose those who oversee state ports, and limit where sex offenders can live. Lawmakers aren't scheduled to return until January.
