Senators, who have final say on Sotomayor, express caution

President Barack Obama nominated Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to succeed retiring Justice David Souter. Sotomayor must first be approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee and then confirmed by the full Senate, a process that's expected to take much of the summer.
