Obama wowed them in Europe, but was trip a success?

President Barack Obama headed home from his first trip overseas Tuesday confident of at least one thing: He'd managed to put his face indelibly on American foreign policy for much of the rest of the world. Leaders and average citizens praised and White House officials said they were satisfied. But it will take time to determine if Obama's approach to foreign affairs will pay dividends.
