Gingrich, not Palin, will headline D.C. GOP dinner

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin told the organizers of the GOP's Senate-House dinner that she couldn't commit to coming to Washington to speak until the legislative session had ended in her state. Organizers said they were sorry, they couldn't wait till then and named Newt Gingrich as the keynote speaker.
