Obama policies fresh air for medical marijuana advocates

After California legalized medical marijuana, Charles Lynch got a license from the city and joined the chamber of commerce and opened his dispensary. The mayor showed up for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. But the DEA shut him down in what became a battle between the law in the 13 states that have legalized the use of marijuana and federal marijuana prohibitions. Now Obama's attorney general, Eric Holder, has made clear that battle is over and the states have won.
