Slain Atwater correctional officer honored in D.C.

Bagpipes keened and candles flickered Monday as federal prison guards honored their slain brother-in-arms Jose Rivera, killed last year by two inmates in Atwater. None appear ready to forget him, the first federal correctional officer killed in the line of duty since 1997.
