S. Carolina pols move to keep Guantanamo detainees out

South Carolina politicians in Washington and at home are moving to block any transfer of suspected terrorists from the Guantanamo detention center ordered closed by President Barack Obama to the U.S. Navy brig at Charleston. The measures include one that would cut off electricity to the base if such a transfer takes place.
