Obama orders Guantanamo closed, end to CIA prisons, harsh interrogations

President Barack Obama Thursday rolled back the most controversial aspects of the Bush administration's war on terror polices, ordering the closure of the detention center at Guantanamo, an end to the CIA's secret prison system, and cancellation of Bush administration legal memos that allowed so-called harsh interrogation techniques that many believe amounted to torture.
