Poll results suggest tax cuts won't help stimulate economy

A new Ipsos/McClatchy poll found that only 10 percent of Americans would spend money they received from tax cuts on items they hadn't already been planning to buy. Nearly 80 percent said they'd either spend the money on an existing debt or save it. That response supports critics of tax cuts as a way to stimulate the economy.
