If Todd Palin can read Sarah's e-mail, why can't everyone?

That's the question behind a lawsuit filed in Alaska in an ongoing dispute over access to Gov. Sarah Palin's e-mail account. Because the governor shares her e-mails with her husband, who has no official government function, she's waived her right to executive privilege, the suit argues. The governor's office argues that Todd is an adviser, if unpaid.
