Polls: Biden was the clear victor over Palin in debate

Joe Biden won Thursday night's vice presidential debate, according to two national polls. One poll found that 46 percent thought Biden won, while 21 percent gave Sarah Palin the victory. The other poll was 51-36 for Biden. That survey also found that 87 percent thought Biden was qualified to be president, while 42 percent saw Palin that way.

    President Donald Trump announced Thursday that he signed a new executive order to help the United States target people, companies and banks financing and facilitating trade with North Korea. He made the comments at a working lunch with the Prime Minister of Japan and the President of South Korea. Trump also said that China has ordered all its banks to stop all business with North Korea.
