Critics: Under Palin, Wasilla charged rape victims for exam

The Alaska legislature passed a bill to end the practice, over opposition from the police chief Palin hired. The details were part of a telephone conference call arranged by the Obama campaign with Tony Knowles, the last Democratic governor of Alaska and a Palin opponent, and the mayor of Ketchikan, also a Palin opponent.
