Romney previews how GOP will attack Biden's record

Joe Biden's reported strength on foreign policy is one of the reasons cited for his presence on the Democratic presidential ticket. At a luncheon in Denver, Mitt Romney previewed what are likely to be the GOP's talking points on Biden's record — "wrong for 30 years."
