Denver-bound Edwards delegates ask, What if he'd won?

Delegates pledged to John Edwards head to next week's Democratic convention expressing dismay at revelations that their candidate had an affair with a former campaign worker. Some are bothered that he continued to campaign even after the National Enquirer reported it last October. "The Democratic Party would be in a very tough position now if John Edwards was our nominee," said one. Others wondered if Hillary Clinton might not have won Iowa, if Edwards had dropped out of the race.
