Small study suggests McCain ads lampooning Obama could hurt

John McCain's ad that likens Barack Obama to Britney Spears and Paris Hilton engendered negative responses from viewers, a study of 320 people found. But it also caused a small percentage to move from favoring Obama to undecided. McCain unveiled another ad Friday, this time comparing Obama to Moses parting the Red Sea and lampooning him as "The One."
