Alaska's Gov. Palin apologizes as state's top cop resigns

Alaska Public Safety Commissioner Chuck Kopp, who'd been on the job less than two weeks, quit Friday after a flurry of questions about a 2005 sexual harassment complaint. Gov. Sarah Palin, who named Kopp to the job after abruptly firing his predecessor, apologized for the turmoil in the Department of Public Safety.
