Libyan city struggles with history of fighting America

The U.S. has long known that the eastern Libyan city of Derna was a major source of Libyans fighting in Iraq. As U.S. officials strive to figure out who the rebels are and what, if any, radical Islamist influence there might be in eastern Libya, onetime fighters are wrestling with their feelings toward the U.S., a former foe whose support and weapons they now depend on.
