Egyptian turnout high in first post-Mubarak vote

Millions of Egyptians flooded into polling places throughout the country Saturday to vote on changes to the constitution, the first polls since the ouster last month of President Hosni Mubarak. Egyptians expressed joy at what they considered their first real vote, discounting the decades of rigged polls under Mubarak.
